Passport Program

What is the Passport Program?

The Passport Program is a provincial government program (through the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services) that aims to give funding to adults that have a developmental disability enabling them to pay for "community participation services and supports, activities of daily living and person-directed planning." Supports for caregivers and related respite services are also eligible for funding.

Simply put, its money that has been put aside for qualifying adults by the provincial government to allow them to participate in their community and help care-givers get some relief.

Home updates, housekeeping, rent.
Cars, scooters.
Dental care.
Services which are being covered by ODSP already.
